2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES GMOPLUS provides a multi-functional ecosystem including Academy, Shopping, Vehicle, Travel, Real Estate, Jobs, Global Trade, Mobile, Online Services, and GMOPLUSX. GmoPlus GmbH reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

  • Prohibited Content: Users shall not post illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY GMOPLUS shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from server downtime, loss of data, or inaccuracies in user-generated content (e.g., classified ads).

6. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Jurisdiction: Munich Courts.
