GMOPLUS ECOSYSTEM PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All designs, trademarks, logos, and content on gmoplus.com and its associated sub-platforms are the exclusive property of GmoPlus GmbH. Users are prohibited from using this content for commercial purposes or providing third-party access in a manner that violates confidentiality rules.

5. INFORMATION SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • The User is solely responsible for the security of their account information and passwords on the platform.

  • GmoPlus implements industry-standard security measures (SSL, encryption, etc.) to ensure the safety of data shared within the system.

  • The User agrees not to engage in any attempts to manipulate the system (e.g., DDoS attacks, data mining, or unauthorized access).

6. EXCLUSIONS

Confidentiality obligations shall not apply to information that is already in the public domain or information required to be disclosed by official authorities (courts, legal entities, etc.) in accordance with legal requirements.

7. VALIDITY AND UPDATES

This digital agreement enters into force upon the User’s access to the platform. GmoPlus reserves the right to update this document without prior notice to adapt to technological developments or legal changes. The most current version is always available on gmoplus.com.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising from this agreement or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Munich, Germany.
